Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  During seasonal times order processing may take up to 5 business days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times

Items typically ship within 48 hours of payment.  Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 applies to all orders.

At the discretion of Della Dot Boutique discounts may be offered or applied.

Local Pickup

We currently offer local pickup for customers who would like to avoid shipping costs.  Orders are generally available for pickup once an order has been paid in full.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Della Dot Boutique of your intended pickup date and time so your order can be placed in a convenient spot.  Della Dot Boutique does not personally deliver orders.
